provider, we follow all federal and state privacy laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection
Act (COPPA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and applicable Arkansas laws
garding home school and EFA student data.
What We Collect
- Parent/guardian contact details (name, email, phone)
- Child’s first name, age/grade level, and relevant learning details for program participation
- Any educational support information voluntarily provided by the family (such as lEP-related details for
- service support, if applicable)
- Usage data (site interactions to help us improve services)
How We Use It
- Deliver and improve our educational services
- Support your child’s learning plan, including accommodations if shared with us
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Fulfill Arkansas EFA reporting as required by law
How We Protect It
- We never sell or rent your family’s information
- Information is shared only with service providers essential to our programs, or as required by law
- We use secure systems to protect data from unauthorized access.
Parental Rights
As required by COPPA, FERPA, and Arkansas law:
- We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13
- Parents can review, request deletion, or restrict further use of their child’s personal information at any
time
