NextGen LearnLab Academy is an approved Education Freedom Account (EFA) provider in the state of
Arkansas. We operate in full compliance with the Arkansas LEARNS Act and all applicable EFA program
regulations, ensuring that families receive high-quality, supplemental educational services aligned with
state guidelines.
We offer curriculum-aligned STEM instructional support, tutoring, and hands-on learning experiences that
respect parent-selected core materials. Our services are not representative of a private school or micro-
school. Rather, we partner with families to enhance and support their existing educational choices through
flexible and personalized enrichment options.
As part of our commitment to compliance:
- We do not provide core instruction in English Language Arts or Social Studies.
- We maintain clear records of services delivered and ensure all offerings are EFA-eligible.
- We respect and protect student data in accordance with state privacy laws, including any applicable
